Terms & Conditions – The Basics

Glow & Go Wax Studio is a women-only beauty and waxing salon located in Ohrid, North Macedonia, offering professional treatments using Italwax products.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Our services are available exclusively to women aged 16 and above.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made online via our booking system (Setmore) or in person.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you are late by more than 10 minutes, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a request for prepayment on future bookings.
4. Payments
Payments are accepted in-salon via cash.
Online prepayments, where applicable, are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
Glow & Go Wax Studio does not store your payment details.
5. Gift Cards & Packages
All prepaid packages, promotions, or gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible client.
Expiration dates are listed at the time of purchase.
6. Health & Safety
Clients must inform the salon of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before treatment.
Glow & Go Wax Studio is not responsible for adverse reactions if such information is withheld.
7. Changes to Services or Prices
We reserve the right to update or modify services, prices, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
All updates will be reflected on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
8. Intellectual Property
All website text, images, and designs are owned by Glow & Go Wax Studio.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
