Refund Policy - the basics

Glow & Go Wax Studio is a women-only beauty and waxing salon based in Ohrid, North Macedonia, where all payments are made in cash only at the time of service.

We take great care to ensure that every client receives the highest quality of service.
However, refunds are only applicable in cases where a booked service is not delivered by the salon — for example, if we must cancel or are unable to provide the scheduled treatment.

Once a service has been successfully completed, no refunds or reimbursements are issued.
We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during their appointment so we can address and resolve them immediately.

Refund Policy

Our policy ensures fairness and transparency for both our clients and our business:

  • Payment method: All services are paid in cash only, at the salon.

  • Refund eligibility: Refunds are granted only if a service is not delivered by Glow & Go Wax Studio.

  • Completed services: Once a treatment is completed, no refunds, exchanges, or partial refunds will be issued.

  • Cancellations: Clients are encouraged to provide at least 12 hours’ notice if unable to attend their appointment. In case of a salon-initiated cancellation, clients may reschedule or request a refund (if prepayment was taken).

  • Packages or promotions: Prepaid offers or gift cards are non-refundable, except if the salon cannot provide the agreed service.

Our goal is to provide every woman with a professional, comfortable, and positive experience.
If an issue arises, we are committed to resolving it fairly and respectfully.
